I have spent my adult life in pursuit of health and wellness and have worked in various jobs in the wellness field for more than 12 years. After working in dance, fitness, and nutrition for many years, I obtained a Master’s Degree in Counseling and began my work in mental health. I absolutely love helping people improve their physical, emotional, and mental health!
Throughout my life, I have seen how unhealthy habits, deeply-rooted beliefs, and life stressors can compound to leave people feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and sometimes hopeless to change. I experienced frequent moves and many challenges while trying to attend school and have a family, so I understand what it feels like when life keeps throwing you curve balls. We let the chaos of life leave us questioning who we really are and how to find fulfillment in the day-to-day grind. I believe we can find clarity, hope, and healing through a supportive, therapeutic relationship when we are able to feel validated and understood in our experiences.
True healing and lasting change is absolutely possible! I will help you, step by step, reconnect with your authentic self, your values, and your relationships with others. I provide a range of treatment modalities tailored to meet your specific goals within a safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative process. I draw from theories and techniques that allow for a holistic focus in helping you nurture your mind, body, and spirit. I am passionate about what I do and would love the opportunity to help you move forward in your life journey!
